FUNDS SECURITY

1. Are my funds and privacy secure?

Arcan and FXTM comply with a strict regulatory framework. All clients’ funds are held in segregated accounts at top-tier banks, ensuring their investments are secure at all times. 

In addition, we guarantee that we take all the necessary precautions to keep your data safe.

2. Do I have to pay taxes on my earnings?

Paying taxes is your personal responsibility. Check the legislation in force in your region or seek independent advice.


 

INVESTORS

1. How can I pause my account?

Go to "My Investment Accounts" section in MyFXTM and select the "Pause" option next to "Account Status". All your investments in that account will be paused. 

To resume your investments, go to 'Account Status' and select 'Resume'.

2. How can I change my protection level?

Go to "My Investment Accounts" section in MyFXTM. 

Select the name of the investment account for which you want to change the protection level. 

Click on "Protection Level" in the "Account" section. 

Select 'Edit' next to your current level and adjust it to your preference.Then, click 'Set'.

3. How can I enable/disable security mode?

Go to "My Investment Accounts" section in MyFXTM. 

Select the name of the investment account for which you want to change the protection level. 

Click on "Security Mode" in the "Account" section. 

You will see an indication denoting whether the function is on or off. Click the 'On/Off' button next to it depending on the action you want to perform.

4. When is the benefit share paid?

The commission of the profits is deducted from your investment account: 

- At the end of the Monthly Interval. 

- When requesting a withdrawal. 

- When you closing your investment account.

5. Can Arcan access my funds?

No, we can't. Arcan can never access your funds.

6. When can I deposit/withdraw funds from my investment account?

Anytime. In case of open positions, deposits and withdrawals are executed during the trading hours of the underscore.
